Burnstad evaluated and repaired mold damage due to a faulty condensation line for the A/C-Heater system. There had been 5 gallons of water under the system which leaked into the garage and into the bedroom closet and sat there all summer. Burnstad removed the damaged sections and detoxed the structural portions. After drying, they replaced the dry wall for the garage, and the drywall and flooring in the closet. They painted the walls and matched and replaced the molding. During the process they vented the air out of the house. Fast, friendly, and efficient. I hired Dylan to do some upgrades on my home. He expanded my existing 2nd story deck and installed an inset hot tub in it. He also built a second addition to the deck that was covered and screened in. I used him for an number of other projects around the house including painting and replacing rotten siding along one side of my home with Hardiplank. My wife, myself, and my wife's mother eventually moved. We found out that the refrigerator in the kitchen had been leaking and rotted some of the flooring and walls. Dylan did an excellent job tearing everything out and replacing the framing, drywall and flooring with no trace of the original damage. Later on, we had Dylan replace the back deck with a larger one and eventually installed a metal roof over it. The largest project he did for us, though, was the basement remodel. It was a basement, double garage along with a small workshop and some utility areas. After he was finished it was a comfortable 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment for my mother-in-law.
